I had a great stay at this hotel in Piazza Armerina. the location was very convenient to all the buses, making it easy for me to explore the area. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience, even helping me with public transportation and sightseeing recommendations. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a fridge.

No complaints at all about my experience at this hotel.

The hotel is central and looks really good inward. Good space in our double room and bathroom -for one night.

Breakfast was worst of all. We came there half an hour after opening and the only edible left was lots of apricot jam, hard white bread in small plastic bags and some sweet cake with apricot jam...On arrival there were no towels in our room, the pillows didnt have pillow cases and the mini bar was half way drunk up. The staff (one person in the entire hotel at the time) didnt understand English but was quite helpful though (and the room did absolutely not have satellite tv, as the booking information said). Far too expensive and so not worth the money! Would never stay another night.

    Good buffet breakfast and location.

Location mentioned on Booked.net is confusing for the GPS as two streets have the same name. A better way to find the hotel could be advertised. We had to call the hotel to find out where they were.

    Location only.

The room was very small, even by Italian standards. The front desk staff was not helpful nor friendly. The breadfest was late and very substandard.

I loved the helpful and friendly staff who provided useful information about the city and its buses. The hotel was clean, stylishly decorated and conveniently located near public transportation. Breakfast had a lot of variety, and there was a good café a few hundred meters away.

Great breakfast - so different than typical Italian choice. Free WiFi (you need to ask for password on the reception). Rooms are small but nice.

We had some problems with air-conditioning and there was no hot water the next day. Nevertheless, still a good hotel to stay in.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. They patiently explained how to get to nearby attractions and helped us find a good restaurant. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and the city center. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good variety of options.

The room was a bit small and some amenities were missing, like water bottles. The area around the hotel wasn't very pretty, but the city center was a short walk away.

Located in a charming historic town, this accommodation offers close proximity to excellent markets, local cafes, and the city center. Previous guests have appreciated the spacious and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and plentiful breakfast options. the hotel has just been renovated, giving a fresh impression, and parking is reportedly convenient.

According to some guests, the hotel may not always be staffed, requiring a call to arrive.

The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was within walking distance of the city center and places of interest. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was basic and lacked variety, with only a few options available. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and only available in some rooms, which was inconvenient for those needing to work or stay connected online.

This hotel truly impressed me with its convenient location. It is situated just a short distance from the historic center of Piazza Armerina, making it easy to explore the charming city on foot. Additionally, it provides easy access to all the buses, allowing guests to effortlessly reach nearby attractions such as Villa Romana del Casale. Another great aspect of this hotel is its friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment I arrived, the concierges Denise and Paulina were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome. They provided valuable information and went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The attention to detail in the rooms was also notable. Despite being an older establishment, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities, including a fridge. Furthermore, the breakfast offered a variety of options, including delicious handmade cakes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

All was perfect, no improvements needed.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location of the hotel is convenient as it is within walking distance of the city center and easily accessible to all the buses. The staff at this hotel provided exceptional service, accommodating our requests and ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and basic amenities including a fridge.

The entrance and reception area could benefit from brighter lighting to create a more welcoming atmosphere.
